About Me

Terry Riel has been an Epsom, NH resident for 30+ years, she lives with her husband, Tim and has three children, Crystal, Timmy and Jackson. Terry is a member and  past Director of the Capital Region Board of Realtors, past Vice President of Central NH Chapter of Woman's Council of Realtors and has her GRI,SRES,PMN, CBR designations and is an Associate Broker. Terry is currently the NH State President of Woman’s Council of Realtors, Capital Region Board of Realtors 2017 Realtor of the Year! Terry feels that keeping up with education is so important in this changing market. Terry is very active in the 4-H community, she is active in the Merrimack County Leaders Assoc. and a leader of the Victory Workers 4-H Club for over 20 years. She has served on various town wide committees as her children were growing up. She is currently President of the Epsom Fire Department Auxiliary, Supervisor of the Checklist of Epsom and is the Epsom Town Crier for the Concord Monitor. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family, grandchildren, friends and her many animals on her mini farm..
